A conversation about your land and goals
A site visit once the project looks like a fit
A line-item estimate before you commit
No pressure and no obligation

Start with a conversation about your land

You might own acreage already, or you might still be comparing tracts. Either way, a first conversation covers what you want to build, what the property will need, and a realistic budget range. Call, or send the form on this page, and we'll reply within one business day.

What to expect

First call (15 to 30 minutes)

Where the property is, and whether you own it yet
What you want to build: living space, shop, RV bay, guest house
A budget range, so we can tell you early whether the plan fits it
If it looks like a fit, we set up a site visit

Site visit

Walk the building site and look at access, slope, drainage, and views
Talk through the well, septic, and power the property will need
Sketch out layout options
Discuss timing: when you want to start and when you want to move in

Design and proposal

A preliminary floor plan based on the site visit
A line-item estimate covering site work and the building
A schedule with milestone dates
Contract review before you commit

Questions to think about before you call

If you own the property:

What is the address or general location? We can review aerial imagery and floodplain maps before we talk.
Does it have a well, septic, or power already?
Roughly how much living space and shop space do you want?
Will this be a primary home, a weekend place, or a rental?

If you are still looking:

Which areas are you considering?
How much acreage do you want, and do you plan to keep ag valuation on it?
What is your combined budget for land and construction?

Ready to talk? Send the form or call us, and we'll be in touch within one business day.
